Humble Beginnings
IL based SoSoft 7 nola began in 2009 when Maritza, a Flight Attendant wanted a snack that traveled well, tasted good, and was healthy fuel for the body.
After many attempts and the help of some friends, the SoSoft 7 nola recipe was created incorporating 7 key ingredients and a whole lot of taste!
