Humble Beginnings
SoSoft7 NOLA is an Illinois-based company founded in 2009 by Maritza, a flight attendant who wanted a healthier, travel-friendly snack. Frustrated by the lack of wholesome options on the go, she set out to create a granola that was both delicious and nourishing. After countless batches and careful refinement, she developed the signature recipe that became the foundation of SoSoft7 NOLA.
Today, we're committed to crafting granola with wholesome ingredients, including good carbohydrates and healthy fats, without artificial additives or added sugar. Every batch is made with care, quality, and purpose.
