SoSoft7 NOLA is an Illinois-based company founded in 2009 by Maritza, a flight attendant who wanted a healthier, travel-friendly snack. Frustrated by the lack of wholesome options on the go, she set out to create a granola that was both delicious and nourishing. After countless batches and careful refinement, she developed the signature recipe that became the foundation of SoSoft7 NOLA.
